Suicide Prevention

The Premium Programme

Is the Premium Programme right for me?

This package was designed with larger companies in mind. If you are a business with multiple departments and roles with varying needs, this package offers a comprehensive approach for your entire staff from senior management to new recruits.

1

We will design a bespoke training package, tailored to your industry and company’s needs. In this package we offer an exploratory call of up to an hour, in which we can discuss any specific goals or areas of concern, and then we can incorporate these into your training. This allows us to develop a training package that is better suited to the needs of your employees, more effective and more in line with your company values.

2

We will deliver two half day trainings, one aimed at senior staff in leadership roles and one aimed at more junior members of staff. We recognise the different levels of responsibility between these roles and our experience has taught us that creating a separate session for senior staff ensures that staff in management positions feel well equipped to effectively support more junior staff members.

3

We will work with you to find a suitable date and successfully market the training within your company, to ensure that this is accessible for as many staff members as possible.

4

After the training, we will evaluate the work we have done with you and consider the next steps for your business. We will guide you on how to embed the training into the company and plan ongoing processes for suicide prevention.

What is included?

1 hour exploratory call to discuss your company’s needs.

1/2 day Suicide Prevention Training for management.

1/2 day Suicide Prevention Training for more junior staff.

1 hour debrief call to discuss ongoing management.

What is the process?

Step 1

Contact us (here) and arrange a time that suits you for an exploratory call.

Step 2

We will spend 1 hour discussing what your company would need from the training and how we can tailor the training to meet these needs sucessfully. We will discuss how to engage your staff and how to effectively market the training within the company. We will also arrange a date for the two trainings.

Step 3

Run the 1/2 day Suicide Prevention training for management and junior staff. This can be delivered on the same day or on seperate days, depending on what best suits your team. Our team will distribute evaluation forms to the attendees to gather data on the impact of the training.

Step 4

We will spend time analysing the evaluation forms to prepare a feedback report on the effectiveness of the training and staff views around ongoing support needs. We will contact you to arrange the debrief call.

Step 5

We will spend 1 hour discussing the feedback report. Together we will consider options for ongoing suicide prevention management within the company.
