He offers individualised and integrative support to clients from a variety of backgrounds. He has experience overseas and is available to provide services in Arabic.

My approach to therapeutic work is to help and support individuals to ‘live the life they wish to live’, and to do so in ‘abundance’. This involves exploring one’s values, recognising goals in both the short and long term, and overcoming the barriers. This may involve supporting patients and clients who may be struggling with anxiety, mood or adjustment difficulties.

For many years, I worked in neurorehabilitation. This led me to my particular interest in Neurodivergence and Neuro-affirmative care; defined as the recognition of the strengths as well as the challenges associated with various neurotypes such as Autism or ADHD.
Having trained in London, and garnered experience working across borders in Jordan and Lebanon, I am keenly aware of the importance of cultural and systemic considerations in adapting therapeutic approaches where necessary.

No two people are the same. I work collaboratively with all client with the aim to enhance and respect agency I provide an integrative, individualised approach to therapy. I am predominantly based in the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) framework, but draw on principles and techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
