The Belgravia Psychology Practice was founded in 2020. We met working in NHS services and found that we shared a like-minded approach to therapy and patient care. With a collective 20 years experience working in NHS services, charitable sector and independent practice, we decided to join forces and realise our vision of what excellent psychological support can look like.
Our NHS leadership roles had equipped us well for managing a practice, and the network of contacts we have built up over our careers meant that we had first-hand knowledge of excellent practitioners with unique skill-sets. Over the years we have built up a team of associates who are able to offer a range of psychological approaches and styles to suit every need.
Working as part of a practice means that we can offer more holistic support. Sometimes, between our different practitioners, we are able to support different members of the same family. We are also able to offer a variety of specialities and more options when it comes to availability.

Our Story
We founded BPP together in 2020. Our goal was to create a holistic service that would meet a variety of mental health and wellbeing needs. We started out with our therapy rooms on Eccleston Street and working with our clients in the heart of Belgravia, gave us our practice name. Over the years we grew to include our wonderful team of associates, whose varied skills and expertise meant that we could offer a comprehensive service and reach as many people as possible. We outgrew our Belgravia home and moved just down the road to Knightsbridge. After several enquiries from clients, we realised that we had a growing demand for mental health services in East London. We listened to this demand and in 2025 we opened our first satellite office on Goswell Road, on the Eastern edge of the City of London.

Testimonials
“Charlotte has helped me enormously over the past couple of years to recover from a breakdown, learn about myself, restore my confidence, and overcome significant challenges that had been impacting on my life. I quickly felt comfortable talking to her about some deeply personable topics, and she’s been extremely patient, empathetic, and understanding during our work together, delicately making meaningful connections that have helped me to progress. I’d highly recommend Charlotte to anyone experiencing difficulties in their present or hoping to work through trauma from their past.”
“Whilst I could not place my finger precisely on why I wanted to see a Psychologist, I felt there were several reasons I would benefit from doing so. Charlotte has perfectly balanced listening to my circumstantial pressures with helping me to explore the foundations of my thought processes, so that I can better deal with future challenges. It is quite incredible to feel like an entirely different person after only a few months of talking (in a great way of course!)”
